- Q: I received a shipping notification but there hasn't been any movement in tracking. Does this mean my order is lost or hasn't been shipped yet?
- A: Due to the shipping service we use, please allow 3-4 business days for your package to show up on tracking. The packages are mailed from our location to a central shipping service where they are then entered into the USPS tracking system.
- Q: When will my order be shipped?
- A: We ship once a week. Usually on Monday or Tuesday. So orders are normally shipped within one week of the order date.
